The Town of Bladenboro is contracting with Invoice Cloud to bring our customers a secure and more convenient way to pay their utility bills and tax bills via an online portal.
The Town of Bladenboro only endorses the use of Invoice Cloud to process online payments, so beware of other companies offering online payment services on behalf of the Town of Bladenboro as it may be a scam.
VERY IMPORTANT: Please read the "Late Fee and Delinquency Fee Policy for Online and Pay by Phone" under "Departments > Online Bill Pay" for deadlines on making payments using these methods to avoid any fees or disconnection of services.

You are now able to:
- Pay your utility bill anytime 24/7 via an easy-to-use online portal
- You can choose to pay with electronic check or a credit or debit card (convenience fee based on payment method)
- Manage your account and view up to two years of payment history
- Receive email reminders when your bill is ready, when a scheduled payment is pending and a confirmation after making a payment
- Make a one-time payment or register to gain access to all features
- You choose when to pay - simply schedule a payment for any future date (before the due date)
- Set it and forget it with AutoPay...save time and avoid late or missed payments
- On the go? Use Pay by Text to get text notifications about your bill and have the option to pay through text message with your default payment method
- Also, the ability to pay your Property Tax bill online.
