Community Building
The Town of Bladenboro is proud to provide a community building to supply the citizens with a comfortable gathering place. In order to maintain the health of the facility, we request your assistance, as a tenant, to help keep the building and grounds clean and in good order. The rents collected offset the cost of electric/gas/miscellaneous supplies provided on the premises.
RENT & DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS:

$100.00 Deposit required to the Town of Bladenboro upon booking of the facility to hold the date. {Date will not be held until deposit is physically received at the Town Hall.}
(Cancellations of booking arrangements must be made 48 hours before booked date, otherwise deposit will not be returned.) -
$100.00 Rent due at the time key to facility is picked up from Town Hall. Key must be picked up Mon. – Fri. at the Town Hall. Town Hall hours of operation are 8am – 5pm, Mon. thru Fri., except on Holidays.

Copy of valid Driver’s License required from Tenant.
- Deposit is refundable when key to facility is returned to the Town Hall on the next business day and no damage or loss has been noted from tenant’s occupancy of the building. Premises will be inspected by the Bladenboro Police Department after midnight following each rental.
NON-PROFITS:
A Deposit is required for each date booked.
- Non-Profits may use the facility Friday, Saturday or Sunday at half the regular rent with a limitation of 4 times per calendar year. After limitation is met, rent requirement will be full price.
Please Note:
Bladen County Division on Aging has use of the facility Monday – Friday from 6am - 2pm.
Bladenboro Rotary Club has use of the facility every Monday night.
